Startups and AI Companies

IT support for startups and AI companies.

Laptops, identity and onboarding that scale with each hire, plus office networks fast enough for the work AI teams do.

What we handle

The IT a founder should not be doing on a Sunday.

Onboarding and offboarding

A new hire gets a laptop that is enrolled, encrypted and signed in on day one. A departing one loses access the same hour, every account, every time.

Identity and device management

Single sign-on, multifactor on everything, and Mac and Windows fleets managed from one console so laptops stay patched without anyone chasing them.

Security questionnaires

The first enterprise customer sends a questionnaire. We implement and document the controls so the answers are true, and sit with you while you fill it in.

Cloud and SaaS sprawl

Who owns which subscription, where company data lives, and what happens to it when the engineer who set it up leaves.

Our crew
Office network and cabling

New lease, bare floor. Our licensed crew runs the cabling, mounts the access points and racks the switches so the network works before the desks arrive.

Our crew
Rooms, access and cameras

Meeting rooms with video that starts on time, badge access on the suite door, and cameras where the lease or the insurer wants them.

Platforms

What startups run on.

We support the systems you already run, and work with each vendor's own support team on the software itself.

Google Workspace
Microsoft 365

Mac-first fleets
Slack and Zoom
Cisco Meraki and UniFi networks

A typical engagement

What the first ninety days look like for a startup.

WEEK 1
Assessment

Accounts, laptops, the SaaS list, the office (or the lease you just signed), and what your next customer is going to ask you.

WEEK 2
Written plan

The onboarding process, the security baseline, the office build if there is one, and what stays with your team.

WEEKS 3 TO 6
Onboard and install

Fleet enrolled, identity tightened, documentation written, office network and rooms built by our crew.

DAY 90
First review

What changed, what is open, and what the next hiring wave will need. One page for the founder or the head of operations.

How we work with your team

Your engineers build the product. We keep the company running.

Most startups have someone technical who has been doing IT on the side. We take the laptops, accounts, office and questionnaires off that person's plate, and we hand back whatever your team wants to keep. Everything we build is documented in your tenant, not ours, so if you hire an IT lead later they inherit a clean setup.

Questions

Startups ask us

When should a startup outsource IT?

Usually between the first office lease and the first enterprise customer, when the engineer doing IT on the side is losing product time to it. We scope to the headcount you have and the plan grows as you hire.

Do you manage Mac fleets?

Yes. Most startups we support are Mac-first, with Windows where finance or a specific tool needs it. Both are enrolled, encrypted and patched from one console.

Can you automate onboarding and offboarding?

Yes. A new hire's laptop ships enrolled and signed in, accounts are created from one request, and offboarding removes access everywhere the same day.

Can you help with SOC 2 readiness?

Yes, as readiness support. We implement and document the controls an auditor asks for and work alongside your compliance partner. We do not perform the audit or hold an attestation ourselves.

Can you build a 10 GbE network for AI workloads?

Yes. Our own licensed crew runs the cabling and fiber, racks the switches and installs the Wi-Fi, so workstations, shared storage and the lab rack get the bandwidth the work needs.

Do you offer co-managed IT as we grow?

Yes. When you hire an IT lead they inherit documented systems in your own accounts. Some clients keep us for the physical work and after-hours cover; some take everything in-house. Either is fine.
