What we handle

Small teams handling large decisions need six things done well.

Hardened accounts

Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 locked down for a firm whose partners are spear-phishing targets: multifactor sign-in, no legacy logins, and alerts when something looks wrong.

Wire-fraud defense

Capital-call and invoice fraud comes through email. We set the filtering, and write a payment-change verification step with you that does not depend on recognizing a voice.

Executive support

Partners get a named engineer who knows their devices, their travel pattern and their assistant. Problems are fixed before the board meeting, not after.

Deal room and data room access

Who can see what, during a deal and after it closes, with access that ends when the deal does.

Our crew
Conference rooms for pitch meetings

Rooms that start on time when a founder is in the lobby. Video bars, displays and in-wall cabling installed by our own crew.

Our crew
Door access and cameras

Suite access for partners, staff and visitors, installed under our license and managed with the rest of the firm's IT.

Platforms

What investment firms run on.

We support the systems you already run, and work with each vendor's own support team on the software itself.

Your deal flow CRM
Virtual data rooms
Fund administration portals
Mac and Windows fleets
Zoom Rooms and Teams Rooms
Verkada cameras and door access
Partners' home networks
A typical engagement

What the first ninety days look like for a firm.

WEEK 1
Assessment

Accounts, devices, the wire process, the conference rooms, and how partners actually work between the office, the car and home.

WEEK 2
Written plan

Support scope, the security baseline, the verification step for payments, and any room or access work.

WEEKS 3 TO 6
Onboard and install

Accounts hardened, devices enrolled, the verification step live, rooms and door access built by our crew.

DAY 90
First review

What changed, what is open, and what the next quarter should fix. One page for the operating partner.

Where the line is

Readiness support, not a certification.

Fintech firms are sometimes asked for a SOC 2 report from their IT vendor. We do not hold one and we do not sell audits. We implement the controls an auditor asks for, document them, and work alongside your compliance partner. For early-stage fintech that is usually what is needed. If your firm needs a vendor with an attestation, we will say so early.

Questions

Investment firms ask us

How do VC firms protect against capital-call fraud?

Email filtering that flags lookalike senders, multifactor sign-in on every account, and a payment-change verification step that is followed every time, by everyone, without exception.

Do you provide executive IT support for partners?

Yes. Partners get a named engineer who knows their devices and their assistant, and the same team covers the home through our private clients service.

Can you secure Google Workspace for an investment firm?

Yes. Multifactor sign-in enforced, legacy logins off, sharing tightened, alerts on, and a quarterly review of who has access to what.

Can you support SOC 2 readiness?

We implement and document the controls an auditor asks for and work alongside your compliance partner. We do not perform the audit or hold an attestation ourselves.

Do you set up conference rooms for pitch meetings?

Yes. Our own crew installs the video bar, display and in-wall cabling, and the IT team sets up the room account and supports it afterwards.

Can you support partners and principals at home?

Yes. The home network, devices and the link back to the firm, under a separate agreement so the firm's IT and the family's stay apart.
