What we handle

Agencies live on large files and deadlines. The IT has to keep up.

Mac fleet management

Every Mac enrolled, encrypted and patched from one console, with the creative apps installed and licensed the same way on each machine.

Shared storage and backup

A shared storage system the whole team edits from, backed up to a second copy off-site, with a tested way to get last week's version of a project back.

Client files and account security

Client assets shared with the right people and no one else, multifactor on the agency's and the clients' social accounts, and access that ends when a contractor's job does.

Freelancers and contractors

A clean way to bring a freelancer onto a project and off again: a managed login, access to one project folder, and nothing left behind.

Our crew
10 GbE network and cabling

Edit suites and shared storage need more than office Wi-Fi. Our licensed crew runs the fiber and copper, racks the switches and makes the whole floor fast.

Our crew
Studio and content rooms

Podcast rooms, content studios and client review rooms: displays, audio, cabling and the video system, installed and supported by one company.

Platforms

What agencies run on.

We support the systems you already run, and work with each vendor's own support team on the software itself.

Mac-only fleets
Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
Adobe Creative Cloud

Off-site backup
Slack and Zoom
Cisco Meraki and UniFi networks
A typical engagement

What the first ninety days look like for an agency.

WEEK 1
Assessment

The Macs, the storage, the backup that may or may not exist, the network, and where the client files actually live.

WEEK 2
Written plan

Support scope, the storage and backup design, the security baseline for client accounts, and any cabling or room work.

WEEKS 3 TO 6
Onboard and install

Fleet enrolled, storage and backup in place and tested, network and rooms built by our crew, without stopping production.

DAY 90
First review

What changed, what is open, and what the next client win will need. One page for the agency's operations lead.

Working around production

We schedule around the deadline, not through it.

Agencies do not have a quiet week. Storage migrations, network cutovers and fleet changes are planned around delivery dates, run outside editing hours where they must be, and rolled back if anything goes wrong. The team keeps working on the old system until the new one is proven.

Questions

Agencies ask us

What IT does a creative agency need?

Managed Macs, shared storage with a tested backup, a network fast enough for the files, secured client and social accounts, and someone to call when a deadline is on the line.

How should an agency store and back up large media files?

On a shared storage system in the office that the team edits from, with a second copy off-site and a restore that is tested, not assumed. We design and support both.

Do you support Mac-only offices?

Yes. Most agencies we support are Mac-only. Fleet management, storage and network are all built for that.

Can you build a 10 GbE network for video editing?

Yes. Our own licensed crew runs the fiber and copper, racks the switches and installs the Wi-Fi, so edit suites and the storage talk at full speed.

Can you set up a podcast or content studio room?

Yes. Displays, audio, cabling and the video system, installed by our crew and supported afterwards by the same team.

How do we protect client files and social media accounts?

Multifactor sign-in on every account, shared access through a managed system rather than a passed-around password, and access that is removed the day a freelancer or employee leaves.
