What we handle

A brokerage runs on email and phones. Both need protecting.

Email security

Filtering that flags lookalike senders and spoofed escrow addresses, multifactor sign-in on every mailbox, and alerts when a login comes from somewhere it should not.

Wire-fraud checks

A written verification step for any change to wiring instructions, agreed with your escrow and title partners, so no one acts on an email alone. It reduces the risk; nothing removes it.

Agent devices

Agents work on their own phones and laptops. We secure the brokerage's email and files on those devices without taking over the device itself.

Agent onboarding and exits

A new agent gets email, the CRM and the shared drive in one step. A departing agent loses brokerage access the same day, and the listings and contacts stay with the office.

Our crew
Office Wi-Fi and conference rooms

Wi-Fi that works in every office and the lobby, and a conference room where a listing presentation starts on time. Installed by our own licensed crew.

Our crew
Door access and cameras

Badge or app access for agents who come and go at all hours, and cameras at the entrance and the key box, installed under our license.

Mailboxes, the CRM, who has access to what, how wiring instructions move today, and the state of the office Wi-Fi and rooms.

WEEK 2
Written plan

Support scope, the email security baseline, the verification step for wires, and any Wi-Fi, room or access work.

WEEKS 3 TO 6
Onboard and install

Email locked down, agents enrolled, the verification step agreed with escrow, rooms and access built by our crew.

DAY 90
First review

What changed, what is open, and what the next office or the next wave of agents will need. One page for the broker.

Where the line is

We reduce wire-fraud risk. No one eliminates it.

Closing fraud works because an email looks right and everyone is in a hurry. Filtering and multifactor sign-in stop most of it. The verification step stops most of what gets through. What remains is a person following the process on a busy Friday, which is why we write it with your escrow partner and keep it to one page. Any vendor who promises to prevent it is promising something they cannot see.

Proof

Questions

Brokerages ask us

How do real estate offices prevent wire fraud?

They reduce it. Email filtering, multifactor sign-in on every mailbox, and a written verification step for any change to wiring instructions, agreed with escrow and title and followed every time.

Can you secure agents' personal phones?

Yes, at the level that matters: the brokerage's email and files on the device are protected and can be removed, and the agent's personal side is left alone.

What email security does a brokerage need?

Filtering that catches lookalike domains, multifactor sign-in enforced, legacy logins off, forwarding rules watched, and a sign-in alert when something looks wrong.

Can you set up office Wi-Fi and conference rooms?

Yes. Our own licensed crew installs the access points, cabling, displays and video bars, and the IT team supports them afterwards.

Do you support transaction and CRM software?

We support the accounts, sign-in, devices and integrations around them and work with the vendor's own support for the software itself. Name your platforms and we will tell you what we have handled before.

What happens when an agent leaves?

Brokerage access is removed the same day, email is forwarded or archived as the broker directs, and the office's listings, contacts and files stay with the office.
